Do you run a credit check?
No. We do not run credit checks. We do run a background check on every applicant, and we verify your ID and income.
Can I park a larger vehicle?
Yes, in many cases. Work trucks, trailers and box trucks have to be approved by your placement agent before move-in, so we can confirm the space fits and the neighborhood allows it.
